• Radiant barrier roof decking which helps block radiant heat from entering your home, helping to increase the efficiency of the HVAC system, ductwork and insulation. Radiant barriers can help reduce your monthly energy bills by up to 17% by keeping your attic up to 20 degrees cooler in the summer.*
• All homes are wrapped with the latest technology in moisture resistant materials on all exterior walls, corners, and window openings, as well as special moisture resistant tape around each window to help prevent moisture penetration & air leakage.
• Energy Star rated RUUD heating & cooling units with a programmable digital thermostat to help lower energy costs. Can also include an optional media filter for cleaner air, as well as an optional fresh air intake and dehumidifier.
• Green-friendly concrete on all foundations and flatwork.
• Low E Double Pane Energy Star rated windows or optional vinyl windows that tilt inward for ease of cleaning.
• Blown-in insulation with an R-15 value in the walls and R-30 in the attic with optional foam insulation for additional energy efficiency.
